Update to CC 2017 Lost Serialisation to some apps?

I got given a serialization file from my schools administrator earlier this year which worked with the 2016 apps. however updating to 2017 Some of the apps (Premiere Pro, Illustrator...) have reverted back to "Start Trial" although Photoshop, lightroom etc. have stayed working. Ive tried re-serialising but the same issue is still there.

I am using a windows 10 PC, any help would be appreciated as I need premiere pro for some assignments

That soldution doesn't seem to work as I don't have a licence connected to my account, just the serialisation file admin gave me

I have the exact same issue, After Effects, Prelude and Animate have reverted to trial is there a solution apart from using Adobe Cleaner CC and wiping the whole suite and re-installing (this solution worked on my laptop but I am too busy on my work PC to do this as I am using the other apps every day)?

Has adobe responded to this issue?
