repairer's solution isn't one, I'm afraid.

The answer is quite simple - you can't run a 32-bit plugin (as Audition 3 uses) in the present 64-bit-only version, unless you use something like jbridge. So you either get a copy of that, or update your plugin for a newer 64-bit version of it.
