I can not log in Creative Cloud to update my photoshop. I used and reset the password but I got the same problem, although I can sign in to photoshop. any suggestions..

Hi Afaf,

What operating system are you using? Are you able to sign out of the Creative Cloud app preferences? The process is described here: Sign in and sign out to activate or deactivate Creative Cloud apps
