In Develop Module in Lightroom 6 the HSL/COLOR/B&W disappeared while working on my pictures?

While working on my files in Lightroom 6 I was in the HSL/COLOR/B&W module and it jumped and disappeared. Can someone help me get it back?

Use the menu command Window->Panels->HSL/Color/B&W

Thank You dj. It is the correct answer and I'm very grateful. I was about to uninstall the programs Lightroom 4, 5, and 6 and then reinstall. You gave me the answer and it was a simple fix.
