Problem with OCR file on iOS

I recently edited a pdf file using Adobe Acrobat DC on windows 7 and set the output to editable text and images and it is all perfect and can edit and highlight or do anything well but when i put this file on my ipad (ipad 3 and ios 9.3.5) it is no longer editable; i can't select the text, highlight it or anything so what's the problem?

Sorry for the delay in response.

As mentioned above, if you are able to edit the file on desktop using the Adobe Reader DC then it should also work on the mobile device as well.

Could you please share the that you are unable edit on the ipad? we would try reproducing the same at our end.
