I'm having trouble downloading the flash player while personalizing my regions check card. I keep getting the message that I need to install the flash player but has been unsuccessful will you please walk me through the steps on how to personalize my regions bank card.

 I have a windows 10 computer no flash player installed I don't think I'm using google chrome trying to personalize my regions bank card with a photo but it is saying there's no flash player installed.  Brenda D. Jordan
