I have subscribed to Adove Export PDF. When I attempt to convert an existing PDF I am transferred to a window where I can purchase a second subscription. I really don't want to purchase the same service a second time. What am I missing
Please make sure that you are sign in with your Adobe ID in Adobe Reader application.
If you are already sign in, try once to sign out and relaunch the application.
