scrollbar in the design view box not working in dw cc 2017

Hi,

I'm using DW 2017 on an iMac, OS X 10.12.

The scrollbar in the design view box is only working by using the mouse wheel, not by click, hold and drag down (or up) the pointer on the scrollbar.

A bug?
