The image is an Adobe Illustrator file. You will need Illustrator to use it properly. Or have someone with Illustrator convert it for you.
Thanks for your input
So that's what happened is it?
Is that the reason for the watermark too?
Now I don't have illustrator or know anyone who does, do you happen to know if there's a contact for Adobe Support, so I can ask them to exchange it?
Just post on the forum here that you need an image refunded. There is staff on here that monitor for that sort of issue.
Always check the file type before licensing. If you don't have access to Illustrator it is best to deselect 'Vectors' in the search tool.
Ah thanks Brad. I'm not sure what happened. Last week I downloaded an image easily and didn't have to select an Adobe program it just downloaded straight away, but this time it was a right palarva, and it took ages to even find where the image download lived...
So I didn't purposely select a file type, it must have been defaulted on illustrator.
Not sure what changed... And thanks once again, very much appreciated.
I've added a credit to your account to replace the one licensed in error.

You just need to open the file in Photoshop.
It's a learning curve - thank you!!!
