You need to listen to events from the datagrid eg itemFocusOut.
When the event is fired you need to get the itemrenderer for the column(default textInput ) and then get the property eg text
(event.itemRenderer as TextInput).text
Another way is to listen for changes on the ArrayCollection itself.
Put this line after the "for" loop in your init function:
In your DataAfterEditing function, you can now see the changed value of the item using:
And, depending on what you mean by "get the data", it is important to note that typically you do NOT get the data from the DataGrid. You get the data from the dataProvider.
If you are using the default editable DG, then your changes are automatically saved in the dataProvider. You can get the data from there.
