Empty "failed to copy" collection

Is there a way to empty out the "failed to copy" collection please?

After a faulty SD card helped generate a large amount of errors, I wanted to "reset" this collection, but if I right click I get the option to delete it. If I do, will it auto-generate if there is a similar problem in the future if needed?

when you just can deleted the catalog (not the pictures), it's ok and you get a new one with the next error.
