How do I reset the password used to digitally sign my documents? I cannot recall the password - nor even why or how I set one in the first place!
Currently, I am unable to include a digital signature because doing so now requires a password (which I cannot recall).
I'm using Acrobat Pro 9. There is no information about this in the forums or on KnowledgeBase.
Create a new one.
Tried that. Creating a new Digital ID / signature also requires a password - then says its incorrect.
You must enter password and confirm password.
