ID CC - Current Version. When I shrink something using the Scale Percentage boxes, the selected item shrinks more than it should and then "bounces" to the right size. This seems like some stupid "effect". Can I turn that off?

So, If I choose an object in my layout and then click inside the Scale X Percentage box and use my up and down arrow keys on my keyboard to enlarge or shrink, it does this stupid thing where it shrinks or enlarges MORE than it should and then "bounces" to the right amount. This makes it difficult to scale things quickly as it's bouncing around doing this little dance. Any way to turn that crap off?
