Hi.
first i apologize for spelling mistakes, English is not my mother language and i don't wanna open dictionary for every word.
since version 12.3 i have problems with my cards (gtx 970 and gtx 760 on diffrenet computers).
I am tired of asking for salutions, since i tried almost every thing and didn't find one.
i can only work on the newest versions of premiere if i set the app to this mode: mercury playback engine software only, insted of mercury playback engine GPU (cuda).
my question is - what's the difference between the two.
uri.

Many people expect big boost in export times.
but it all depends on what is happening during that export.
Encoding is not one of them.

Make sure you search for and install updates directly from the card vendor. Don't trust Windows when it says the drivers are the most current.

Actually, not the card vendor (which may still have an outdated driver as its latest driver), and certainly not Windows Update (whose driver may not support GPGPU functions at all). The OP will have to obtain the drivers directly from NVidia itself.

Yep, that's what I was referring to but I get your point. Vendor could be any retailer.

I use Nvidia experience to update my cards, they are always updated.
