Lightroom 2017.7 - Crop Tool Glitching - Mixing up Six Quadrents

Is anybody else experiencing this glitch since the recent upgrade?

Everytime I use the crop tool this seems to be happening.  It started with the recent update

1. Try unchecking the option Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor.
