motion effects don't work on responsive design

Good morning,

I'm a french student and I've started to use Muse CC few weeks ago. As I still try to understand how it works, I watched all the tutorials on adobe.com

I've watched the tutorial about having scroll effect on responsive design websites (Optimisation du responsive design dans les sites web interactifs à l'aide d'effets de défilement ), but as I followed all the instructions, the effects don't apply on the web site.

I've created my web site in a fluid width and then I added a breakpoint on a fix fluid as the video say. But when I preview the page in the browser, none of the effects work.

I don't understand how the motion / opacity effects work on a responsive design websites. If anyone could help me with this problem ?

Scroll effects are disabled on responsive breakpoints. If you need scroll effects, make this breakpoint fixed.

Thank you for your answer. I added a fixed breakpoint as the video said but it doesn't work at all.

In this case, I think, you configure the motion effects incorrectly.
