Unable To Create New Project Since Recent Upgrade....

I have been an ae user on the same PC for the past 10 months.

After a recent upgrade (less than 4 days ago) ae will no longer create a new project for me either by clcking the Nw Project button on startup or File/New Project.

I can work around it but is anyone having the same issue?

What happens when you do the new project command? Is it popping up an error message?

What upgrade did you do? Was it to AE, your OS, or something else?

Speaking of operating systems, which one are you using?

Hi ... when I click the New Project button or Press File/New from the menu nothing takes place at all. AE allows me to carry on doing other things i.e. it does not lock up. So I can repeat these steps as many times as I like and nothing happens.

Suspecting that it may have something to do with a my dual screen configuration I tried the above on a single screen and the results are exactly the same.

I'm working from a MSI laptop running Windows 10.

The upgrade I referred to was only to the latest version of AE CC 2017.
