hi, when i want to open lightroom, i get the following message: (i will translate it under the png )

the lightroom-catalog "lightroom catalog", can not be opened because it is already opened in another application.

the tabs are : chose other catalog - continue - close

When Lightroom is running, there is a lock file present next to the catalog file to prevent other users from opening the catalog.
The lock file is normally deleted when you close LR, but if it isn't closed properly (power failure or crash), the lock file may not be deleted, preventing you from opening Lightroom.
To fix this, use the File exlorer and go to the folder containing the catalog, usually inside the Pictures or My Pictures folder.
Delete the file Lightroom Catalog.lrcat.lock - do not delet
