What happened with the Parent and child layer option? AE 2017

I took this from the Adobe Support page but the new version after effects 2017 does not have it, or maybe I cant find it.

Please, could someone tell me where to find it? or what is the new way of doing that?

Shift+f4 is one quick way to add it.

To show or hide the Parent column in the Timeline panel, choose Columns > Parent from the Timeline panel menu.
