Vector image way too small

I just downloaded Dinosaur cartoon with landscape background - image | Adobe Stock

I ended up downloading and paying for it twice because upon initial download I didn't see anything. I finally noticed a SPECK and realized it was there. I had to scale it larger to see it.

This needs to be corrected. I should not have had to pay for it twice.

I am sure someone from Adobe will likely refund a credit. They often do.

As for the image, did you try opening it in Illustrator?

Image 79876672 was licensed once on 20th November.

Yes, Illustrator 2017 CC. I was just thrown off when I opened it and saw nothing. After downloading it the second time (within seconds of the first) did I think of enlarging it and I saw a tiny speck that turned out to be the vector.
