A while back I had the trial of lightroom. I used an old e-mail. Now I just bought the 10$ a month deal and it won't let me access the develop module. Is this normal?
Open creative cloud desktop app and check are you signed-in with correct email address, if not please, sign-out and sign-in with correct email address on which you just bought the subscription.
