    Subscription Access


      Hello tonight I tried to open my lightroom and Photo shop apps but it told me to start a seven day trial but I have a monthly subscription to both I rebooted my computer to see if it would help but its still the same issue it like they both have gone and when I go in to my Adobe cloud it says to start a trial the only thing in my folder is Bridge what do you think is wrong.

          Try signing-out

          Launch Creative Cloud and click the gear icon near top right; then choose preferences and sign-out.

          Re-boot your computer and sign-in again to Creative Cloud

          Wait a short while for all the apps to refresh and install any updates that are available.
