Has anyone found how to change the User Interface COLOR in Adobe After Effects 2017?

no way of doing that. was there ever? after so much time since this blue was first introduced, I have come to accept it. maybe you should to? in the recent version there are ways to make the U.I clearer. try those under preferences->appearance
