Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
Tried using IE11 instead of Chrome and cleared cookie cache, but still not able to download MSI from Adobe Website.
because of having the same trouble... I did use Firefox, IE, Chrome and Edge. Tryed it out on various mashines, even at mobile (Android). Used different networks (corporate, mobile, private).
...and ... you have to be locked in in order to access this page.
