Adding new plugin for Phonegap in Builder 2016

Is it possible to add additional Phonegap plugins to Coldfusion Builder 2016?  In particular, I'm looking to incorporate the barcode scanner found at GitHub - phonegap/phonegap-plugin-barcodescanner: cross-platform BarcodeScanner for Cordova / PhoneG... into my mobile app but I haven't been able to figure out how to do it.
