Disable main window when a popup is opened

Hi, I'm new to adobe air then be patient :-)
I'm a web developer, I have a good understand of javascript and html, I'm tryng to create an app with adobe air that runs in fullscreen.
Now with the code found here:

      http://help.adobe.com/en_US/AIR/1.5/devappshtml/WS5b3ccc516d4fbf351e63e3d118666ade46-7e0a. html#WS5b3ccc516d4fbf351e63e3d118666ade46-7df8

I'm able to create a popup window, but If I click on the main screen the popup goes in background, and I can continue usign the main programme window.
There'is a way to leave my fullscreen app in background and make it "inactive" until I click on the "close" or "cancel" button of my popup window?

      Thank you
