Today I subscribed to The export as PDF service though iTunes, and the payment has been accepted. In fact, my subscription will be valid until next year. However I am unable to restore my purchases within the adobe app, and I don't know what to do. Do you have any suggestion? Many thanks. Stefano
I have checked your account at our end, and your subscription for Adobe Export PDF seems to be suspended under this account.
Because of that you are unable to access your service.
If you have renewed your subscription for this year and already made the payment, then I request you to please contact to the Apple support as it was purchased through iTune because we have trouble tracking your payment details.
