Tablet and phone layout are not uploading correctly

I already added tablet and phone layout in my website. I copied from desktop but they look as a desktop layout. they do not have a responsive design, and when i check in tablet page and phone page,  both pages are blank . How can I do to fix it ? thanks.

Copy from desktop , this would copy only site map, You have to design the content in both layouts. Muse never copy the content from the desktop.

In addition to Catherine's answer, the tablet and phone layouts are not responsive. They are fixed width layouts that are loaded specifically for the type of device they are being viewed on (known as adaptive design).

Please don't confuse the term responsive with fluid design. Responsive simply means it will fit different types of device, regardless of how it's achieved. This template uses fixed width Adaptive design, so there is a separate desktop and mobile version. You would need to edit both versions for your design.

Fluid design uses a single layout that dynamically adjusts as the page width is changed.
