Proxy FPS don't change

Hi, I am using After effects CC 2017. In my project have 4k footage. So I created a JPG sequence proxy. Original footage (dpx sequence) 24fps. On my preferences default imaage sequence fps setting is 25. That's why i am changed interpret proxy settings 25fps to 24. Everything here is normal. But when I save and close the project and open it again at another time, proxy footage fps is 25fps again.  So I have to change it every time. Every Time!!! Is there a solution for this issue?
