Best mac configuration for After Effects CC 2017?

Hello world,

I'm a graphic designer looking for upgrade advice. I spend most of my time in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, but I also use Dreamweaver and After Effects. However, AE can be kinda slow, and doesn't fully function because of hardware limitations.

I'm currently on a MacBook pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) 2.7GHz intel i5, 8gb RAM, w/ Intel Iris 6100 GPU.

Can anyone recommend a good portable mac configuration that will work with all (or most) After Effects features?
