    Error: "The vendor account you entered not associated with the item


      Ï've tried the support team - they referred me to you.  I bought an e-book a year ago (on previous laptop).  I had to create an Adobe Digital Editions account to read the book, which I did.  Since then I replaced the old laptop with a new one, reset my Adobe account password, but keep getting the above error message and thus cannot read this ebook.  I've even tried to redownload the book from the original purchase order number, but then it says it was already downloaded.  Attached screenshots of the various screens and error message.
