I have an older version of Premier Elements (V. 4) that I have reinstalled on a new computer. I am having problems registering the product. When I go to the "Help" menu and click on "Registration", it gives me an error message saying it was unable to connect to Adobe to register my product. Obviously I am connected to the internet, I am accessing Adobe writing this help question. Is there a phone number I can call to get it registered or a website I can go to? I have not been able to get to a site to do so.
Version 4 doesn't need to be registered to work, although some exports like mp3 may not be available.. You just need to enter the serial number. Help > Activate from the menu.
