Loading a CS4 project into CS3?

My son has Premier CS4 and I have Premier CS3. I have a fairly involved project he edited a scene for and I want to load his project into my CS3 master project. When I have him save the CS4 project, there doesn't seem to be any setting for saving it as a CS3 project and when I go to open it in CS3 it gives me an error. Any ideas?

First of all foxetown, you're in the wrong forum for Premier questions. Secondly a CS4 project will not load into the CS3 envirornment because of the various updated features applied in the updated software.
