change imported images

Is it posible to scale or move an image, which is imported in an rectangle, without changing the size of the rectangle?

Not at the moment, unfortunately. If you want this behavior, you can use a masked object ("mask with shape") instead. We do have an open story that is in our backlog about this behavior.
