I have been using Adobe Connect for several years now, but since September of 2016, anytime I try to share a window or app, adobe connect crashes. The weird part is that I can share my desk top with no problem, just issues with window and application. I did copy the info after that last time I attempted to share a window:

I apologize for bugging you fine folks, but I couldn't find a way to self diagnose and troubleshoot this myself. Thank you so much for any help you can provide!

You can enable logging for the Add-in using the steps given here: Troubleshooting Verbose Meeting Addin Logging | Adobe Connect Blog by Adobe

That may help you identify what is happening in the Add-in that is causing the crash. Other than that, I'd recommend you verify your graphics drivers are up to date.

If that doesn't solve the problem, you may need to work with Adobe to identify the issue. You can get in contact with them here: Adobe Connect Help | Adobe Connect Support
