I have a student license of the creative cloud which includes InDesign and InCopy. Your student version is discounted, but is the full version of all the CC apps.
How do I set up a workflow with InDesign and InCopy for my magazine? You can use your copy of InDesign to create assignments that anyone with InCopy can check out, edit and check back in.
But how exactly can I share a drive for everyone to work on? There are different remote workflow options including packaging and emailing assignments, and working on Dropbox.
Check out Lynda.com for some excellent training videos that will answer these questions, and a whole lot more.

Thank you for the answer I will let the other guys use the trial version of InCopy next month to see if we can get it running.
My college offers a lynda.com account but I wasn't able to find InCopy tutorials and workshops for the current version. Last one seems to be CS6, has nothing changed?
Nothing substantial. Figuring out the best workflow is the "hardest" part (not that hard), and those videos cover it well.
