Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?
Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

Then, I filled out all the necessary for this type of subscription information. And I made a payment. Payment has passed, it alerted me sms message written off with money.
After that, I went to your account on the website of Adobe, but in the graph plans and products, still including a free subscription to Creative Cloud.
Emails on committed purchase, I did not come.
The program itself, for a computer does not find a license for my account, which is not surprising, because it is not in the account.
