Unknown authentication error

I cant seem to publish my site anymore to business catalyst since I upgraded to Muse 2017 from trial:

"An unknown authentication error has occurred with your Adobe ID

SHARED_UNKNOWN_ERROR 22"

Hi Michael,

Could you please try below steps and see if it works:

1)  In Finder navigate to the following folder:

o   1) /Users/username/Library/Preferences/

2.      2) Delete any existing ActionScript or Native Preferences files:

o   /Users/username/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2015.X

o   /Users/username/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Adobe Muse CC

3.      3) Restart the machine and re-open Adobe Muse CC (2017)

Hi Kratika actually I just restarted my machine and it came right on its own. No need to delete any library pref files. thanks
