    publish swf with transparency

    e.hox
I'm pretty new to Flash, and am trying to publish my swf to post on my html web site. I have followed the following steps to retain the transparency of the animation once it's published:

go to the HTML tab in the publish settings and choose "window mode - transparent windowless"
when I hit ctrl+enter to preview...the transparency is NOT applied.

In dreamweaver, i insert the swf and choose <param name="wmode" value="transparent" /> and wmode="transparent" in the embed tag, and the transparency is NOT applied....
however, I think the problem is occuring within Flash, because when i preview my published swf the transparency is already not there

      Any suggestions?
