Create greeting cards

I am not sure of what I am dong.  I am trying to create a greeting card.  I have the cover done (I think) but cannot figure out how to design the inside and back..

I tried to watch the tutorial video but it will not play.

I tried to see what the outside will look like after it is printed but on the preview I am unable to see the complete page. It is like it is too big.

If the image is too big then how can I get it to appear smaller?

I really need this today so I can send it to the print shop and pick it up in time to mail it.

Please, can someone help me.

It is probably easy once you design one (at least I hope so)
