LR 2015.7 continually directs my "open smart object in PS" command to the WRONG PS.

I dont see where to change any thing to direct it to the correct PS.  The additional external editor

serves such purpose, except you cant direct a smart object to open there.

A "Wrong PS" must mean you have multiple versions of Ps installed. (Do you need more than one?)

Check this link- "Edit In Photoshop" command missing

It is all about making the OS point to the correct version (or correct location) of Photoshop.

For Macs it means recreating a plist file.

For Windows it requires an edit to the Registry file.
