Full screen slideshow renders in random order with Chrome

I have a one-page website with a fullscreen slideshow (linked to scroll effects) that will change the coloured background in a specific order (to match the side menu) every 1000px.

I've had the site up for most of 2016, without concern (with edits on a monthly basis). Yesterday, I published the converted site without making any changes and now the order of the coloured backgrounds render in an illogical order, only in Chrome. I've cleared browser cache, hard-refreshed and still the problem remains.

Tests in Firefox and Edge seem to render correctly. Site is live at http://hinthunter.net/

What on earth can I do?

This is the bug. I think this will be fixed. We are waiting for the next update
