creative cloud won't install

Every time i try to download creative cloud it comes up with this message. Is there anyway to stop this and get it to download?Screen Shot 2016-12-04 at 10.24.21 am.png

apply all applicable steps in the following order

uninstall everything cc, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use the desktop app to inst

The only problem with that is on my mac i don't have the creative cloud installed anywhere on the computer.

So i cannot uninstall.
