Hi dear supporter,

i have a question about the keylight funktion.

Here is a screenshot of the shoot i want to screen:

(the logo upperleft is added by me)

Here is a Screenshot after i keyed the Frame:

Please dont mind the not fitting picture under the layer

You can clearly see that it is not doing i clean cut 😕 . So i took a look at the "combined matte" view:

This is the raw result.

I made it fit, so there is no more grey area and just clean black and white.

But it still looks like the same. It did not effect the final result.

What am i doing wrong ?

Can someone please help me

Keying is not a one click task. Your screenshot does not show us all of the modified properties of the layer but it loo like you have only adjusted a couple of the controls. Keying usually requires more adjustment than that.

Please select your layer and press the u key twice and show us a screenshot. Spend a little time with the help files and community resources by typing Keylight in the search help field at the top right corner of AE.

One more point. If you shot that footage it's usually a very bad idea to generate a bright green screen on a mobile device and then use keying to replace the screen.  It makes a lot more work than you need to make for most shots. if you want some help on shooting please post a question on a separate thread.
