i have ,problems with the AE because every time i finish a project and i try to render or saw the preview,the sound gets in a kind of infinite loop and when i render the video oicomes with a lot of bugs relationed with the infinit loop...someone could help me?

clean your sound layer from any effect or expression or keyframes.

or try to use a file in supported sound format like (mp3 or wav)

Unless there is absolutely no other option (and you can always transcode audio) you should not be using MP3 audio in production. It's highly compressed, has a zillion variants, and is likely to foul up when encoded and re-compressed in a video render.

Other than that, the advice is good.
