I start up creative cloud and just sits there and when I try to click gear nothing happens.

I've done everything I've seen in forums about the problem but i'm still not getting anything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled as well as refreshed the screen.

first, close your cc desktop app.

then, rename the opm.db file by:

    navigate to the OOBE folder.

        Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

        Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder

and rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db, eg

finally, launch your cc desktop app.

if that fails: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/blank-white-screen-ccp.html

I have the same problem

I do not have a opm.db file in my OOBE folder, in that folder I only have a PDApp folder.

And I have already done everything in this guide: Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel yet still nothing.
