no apps page in creative cloud

hi!

I just downloaded Creative Cloud on my Mac, and I want to download Premiere Pro. The website says I can download it at the page called "apps" but it doesn't show... (it should be between "start" and "middelen")

does anybody have an idea why, or know what I have to do now?

Yes I did... I thought that maybe it was a problem that I have it on a different macbook too, but it should be downloadable on 2 devices

i deleted the two folders, but i still don't see the "apps" tab. any other ideas?
