For months I have been struggling with your support people to
get my upgrade. They have belligerently and doggedly been short,
inflexible, brusque and frankly pig-headed.
The deal is this: I bought the Web St. CS3 upgrade, A cpl
weeks later CS4 came out, Adobe has repeatedly told me the upgrade
is mine to have. Yet when I ask them to send upgrade they at first
blocked me, then refused, then — after giving my info 67
times — they only grudgingly send me the upgrade to THE WRONG
Pls pls pls pls help me! My support query has been ignored
for weeks which is why I am now here.
I have to say that this is the worst support I have ever
encountered in my life. I am ashamed of you Adobe, and I'm mad as
hell I still don't have my upgrade.
