I have not been able to download an epub book to my Nook Glowlight Plus since November 30. I've tried everything I can think of: rebooting my eReader, uninstalling/reinstalling ADE 2.0.1, unregistering my ereader/reregistering, and still am not able to download. Barnes & Noble does not know what the issue is and there are a lot of other people having the same issue. Please advise how to correct this issue.
