Without any screenshots and exact version info nobody can tell you anything.
OK sorry it's my first time here. I will do a screenshot now (it's on another computer) and publish it.
OK I find alone the solution. Little bug I suppose. I just change the mode axis button several time and every thing is ok now.
Take a full screenshot showing the modified properties of the layers you are having problems with and paste it or drag it to the reply field on the forum. I suspect that you are not looking at the active camera or that you have some other effects applied to the layers.
AE's 3D space is a little complex so you should take the time to go through some training. Type 3D layers in the Search Help field at the top right corner of AE and check out the help files and community resources. Google and YouTube are not your best sources for training because a lot of folks posting tutorials don't really know what they are doing. You need to vet your trainers. (vetting means check them out and make sure they know what they are doing)
I use AFTER EFFECT CC 2015 13.5
You should seriously consider updating. The initial CC 2015 release of After Effects was full of bugs. You should be running 13.7.1 or later.
Or you could try installing CC 2015.3 which is After Effects version 13.8.1
Or you could try installing CC 2017 which is After Effects version 14.0.1
